Rob
and Jenna Grumann were married in 2007 and joined forces to create
Grumann Performance Stables or GPS. Their aim is to get horses
started in the right direction and then take them on to the
highest performance levels. The goal of GPS is to make the most
out of every horse, rider or team in their program.
Together
Rob and Jenna raise, sell, train and show American Quarter Horses
specializing in training Reining and All Around Performance
Horses. Together they have experience with working with Youth and
Amateur/Non Pro competitors in a varitey of events including
Reining, Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Halter, Western
Riding, Trail, Showmanship, Horsemanship, Equitation, and Longe
Line. GPS will be showing in AQHA, NRHA and NSBA competitions
throughout the year. For those who do not compete, GPS is also
available for general horse breaking, conditioning for sales,
riding lessons, and general horsemanship clinics from beginning to
advanced levels.
Rob and Jenna met and began thier horse
careers as riding instructors at a Youth camp in the early 90's.
After that they spent time gaining knowlege from a variety of
horsemen and women over the years until they recently reunited to
create Grumann Performance Stables.
Rob Grumann now
specializes in training Reining Horses, but continues to work with
horses in all disciplines. In the past, he has worked for several
NRHA trainers. He also has some experience roping and working with
cattle. He is both and AQHA and NRHA Member in good
standing.
Jenna Grumann (formerly of Filz Quarter Horses)
is an AQHA Professional Horseman, AQHA and NRHA member, and a
North Dakota QHA Board Member in good standing. She is known for
creating top All Around Horses that go on to make great Youth and
Amateur mounts. Her main specialty is Trail, but she has earned
many Year End Awards and had Futurity Wins or Top Placings in
Reining, Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Longe Line, and
Halter. Currently Jenna is available to give clinics in a variety
of disciplines and judges at open and 4-H horse shows. She has
also judged at the Dakota 50/50 and given clinics at AQHA All
Novice Horse Shows. She has been a trainer and instructor for 11
